There is no fixed duration. The time it takes to sell a site depends on various factors like how lucrative the deal is, how profitable your site is, what kind of exposure the listing is getting and so on. But once you list your site with us, no matter how long it takes, the listing will be on Fire Flipper. Of course if you want, we can remove the listing.

Each and every site is different. So the selling preparation for each site will be different too. Here are some of the things we like to recommend:

  • Get a spreadsheet and list out all the revenue your site made and expenses you made for the last 12 months, on a month by month basis. This helps potential buyers to see how profitable the site is.
  • Make sure your site has a working google analytics code installed for potential buyers to check the traffic.

These are the most important things. We’ll be in touch with you if anything else is needed. Visit our Sell My Site page to get started!

1. Go to “Sell My Site” and follow the steps. We are always there to help you out throughout the whole process.

2. Once your listing is published, it will get exposure from potential buyers. Whenever we receive an offer for your site, we’ll convey it to you. You can either accept, reject or give a counter offer. The site will not be sold unless the buyer and seller reaches an agreed-upon price.

3. After agreeing on the price, The buyer will pay Fire Flipper the agreed upon amount. The seller provide all the access details of the site to Fire Flipper. Once Fire Flipper confirms both parties have given respected their deal, then Fire Flipper will pay the received amount to the seller and the website access details to the buyer.
